First Nations Information Sharing Was Completed Last Year for Most of This Year’s Activities, and Is Under Way for Additional Current and Future Activities.

A budget and work plan have been prepared and shared with District and Regional staff of the Ministry of Forests and Range.

Licensee Meetings will commence shortly.

The following projects are planned for the Fiscal 2008/09 year.

3092001 Workplan Development and Administration

3092002 Invermere Access Planning and Administration ~30km Magnesite, Moose Lake , Middlefork and Moscow Fires.

3092003 Wildlife Danger Tree Assessment and Falling in preparation for planting 266ha Middlefork and Moose Lake Fires.

3092004 Planting of Wildfire Impacted Areas 125 ha Moscow and Middlefork Fires

3092005 Prescription Surveys and Layouts 1000 ha Magnesite, Moose Lake , and Middlefork Fires

3092006 Regeneration Surveys of Natural Regeneration and Previously Planted Areas 1495 ha Magnesite, Moscow and Middlefork Fires.
