Attached is a spreadsheet that contains bulk statistics by RNI and RSI for the broad date ranges for Impeded: and NSR. Note that there are slight differences between this verses by district rollups due to rounding. This gives order of magnitude by major time periods.
Note that the impeded and NSR spreadsheets (see green tabs) contain disturbance start date. Therefore, if there is desire to find openings by disturbance start date, the impeded and NSR spreadsheets contain this already. A separate sort for detailed data was not done. The roll ups were done to get a sense of how much is out there to do the necessary rankings.
