Usage of RESULTS access

Any access granted through your IDIR account to support submissions related to a specific ministry-funded contract must not be used to make submissions or changes to openings for other clients not included in these contracts.  This is regardless of your level of RESULTS Access.

Consultants will be required to sign a confidentiality agreement that states they will only make changes to openings / SUs that are within the contracts with the ministry.  For the FFT program, the contract is the PINES investment schedule number. The confidentiality agreement must contain investment schedule number(s) that contain the projects which require RESULTS authority.  These numbers will be used by the ministry’s auditors to locate and verify authorization when the ministry begins the annual user audits.

The consultants will be still required to report in RESULTS the PINES project numbers under these investment schedules.

If you require APPROVAL access, FFT staff will need to ask for approval for the recipient or recipient staff from the District Manager.

If you require UPDATE or DECLARATION access, your contract administrator will notify the Operations Managers (of the affected districts) that you have been granted access to their records, along with reasons why, and the expiry date.
