New Business:
- FFT Meeting on November 8-10th. Discussed the agenda
and participation by Advisory Committee members. Dave
and Wayne to attend at least part of the meeting.
Action: Lorne to speak with Jim Maxwell about Jim
attending if possible.
- Approval of one off projects. John and Lorne are proposing
that they develop a recommendation for each proposal to
speed up the approval process to the Strategic Planning
Committee. There wasn't alot of discussion around this.
- Panel discussion at FFT Meeting on November 9th.
Action: Janet Gagne to followup with Dave Mainer to
discuss whether Dave wants to be part of the panel or to present
the "Districts" perspective re the four themes identified
as the focus for the meeting. Dave to forward his thoughts
to Bruce and Wayne for further input by SIR and NIR districts
involved with FFT.

- Brian Raymers BNs re Delivery Model
Action: Lorne to send out latest version of Brian
Raymer's BN re Delivery Model in the very near future.
