Location: The Ministry of Transportation's District boardroom. The District Highways office is 441 Columbia Street, which is behind the Kamloops Court House (south of the courthouse parking lot). The Kamloops court house is West of the Regional MOF office (SIFR). Attendees can go to SIFR reception if they can't find the district office.
